CAN ANYONE BE HYPNOTISED
Yes. Everyone has the ability to be hypnotised. Hypnosis is a very normal process that we all experience for a few minutes every day sometimes before we fall asleep we are in a light trance or same when we awaken. Hypnosis is about a trance state or a state of focus, sometimes aiming for a deep trance and empowering change and transformations sometimes light and simple but always effective.
I WENT TO A HYPNOTIST BEFORE AND IT DIDN'T WORK. DOES THIS MEAN THAT I CANNOT BE HYPNOTISED?
WILL I BE ASLEEP?
Historically, the word Hypnosis comes from Greek origin meaning a “sleep-like state”. However, you will not be asleep, nor will you be unconscious. You will be aware of everything that is happening and what is being said the whole time. You will be entirely focused on your goals perhaps resetting the system or letting negative stuff go once, perhaps processing certain things and for all the time, increasing your motivation, your beliefs in what is possible, your confidence and your self-esteem, your self-belief and focusing on many positives enriching your life for the better. This is mind coaching at its finest where you will be resolving issues and achieving what you wish and want…so you definitely will not be asleep.
The most common reason for failure to induce trance is lack of rapport and explanation of the state, or a hypnotherapist without proper training who is using incomplete methods. DO SOME PEOPLE GET "STUCK IN A TRANCE"?
No. You are only in a state of very deep relaxation and you can leave that state whenever you want to. It is impossible to get “stuck”. All hypnotic state ends, whether formally ended by the Hypnotherapist or naturally by you.
No, you won’t say or do anything that you don’t want to. While hypnosis can be used for personal benefit, it cannot cause you to say or do anything against your free will or ethics. The techniques I use are simple yet powerful & I don’t even need you to say a word if you prefer not to or you can simply tell me the main issue, anxiety or whatever.
